The Gaia Hotel Bandung

Beautiful grounds with a specially curated orchid garden, cactus garden and chef garden. Lovely pool and views. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable.

Socket in the room was not working and the hairdryer was spoilt

The location is great, the heated swimming pool a bonus.

The place could have been made more welcoming by using vibrant or warm colors in the facility. Its all dark and dingy in most of the indoor areas giving it an eery feel. It has a beautiful ambience outdoor, but indoors its just the opposite. The use of the color black in most areas, including the elevators, gives the space a closed and constricted look.

Love the hotel view, the hotel interior & architecture and also the staff hospitality... please maintain that 😁👍

The locations a bit far from the city,but I truly understand caise they offer mountains scenery... ⛰️ that's why a bit far from the City

The pool and the garden was just so relaxing

The lift numbering was a bit different

Facilities throughout the hotel were very thoughtful Design of the hotel was great Nice touch for kids with stacking blocks and colouring set

Hotel breakfast was average. Food was quite salty, especially the noodles. Some parts of the room were not so well maintained, like the wooden desk
