The Gaia Hotel Bandung

The whole experience was great, awesome service! Salwa approached us at the Koi Pong area and asked how our stay was and everything! She was very nice and offered a Polaroid pic! Loved it!

I ordered tickets in November because it was already full. It was very popular. It's very good here... the atmosphere of the place, the view is very beautiful... the service is very friendly... thank you to Mr. Wendy, Mr. Cecep, Mr. Ario, Mr. Fadil... God willing, we will come back to stay at Hotel Gaia... we really like it. I love you Hotel Gaia

We loved the hotel, the entire experience was great! The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean and everything we needed was there. Complete facilities: Hairdryer, ironing board +iron, a very nice selection of minibar and snacks. Enough water, tea and coffee. The shower is great, very spacious and can give hot water. Sometimes hot water is a problem in hotels, not here. Relaxing rainshower. Toilet with built in bidet, a box full of personal equipment (toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, mouthwater, showercap, sewing set etc) The room was clean, no strange smells or smoke. Also it was quiet enough, we didn't hear the street. Only the mosques were observable. Adam the concierge was very friendly and helpful with loading our luggage into the car.

We didn't like that we only booked one night. We will most definitely be back here. Also, we will eat at Monomono restaurant again, delicious.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The rooms were not only clean but also comfortable, fast i-Fi, and the view from the bathtup was splendid (signature loft suite), Perfect for staycation. The breakfast was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit! Special Thanks for Alex from the housekeeping staff for turning my chaos into order.

I stayed for a 5-night business trip. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, cool, and boasts a modern design with friendly staff (I was greatly assisted by the housekeeping staff member named Fikri and the concierge staff member named Adi). There is a diverse range of pool and outdoor activities, from a glass house to a koi pond where we can feed the fish for free. And the kids' club is comprehensive with friendly staff. The room was quite comfortable with complete amenities and a complimentary minibar. My suggestion is that the breakfast variety could be more varied for long-stay guests and the arrangement of the food stall areas is quite spread out. I was certainly happy to stay there and will definitely be returning.

Alex and Tia helped do a very great job in keeping our room clean and tidy, including prompt help on any of our requests. Everything was done professionally!
