All of the staff including Mario, Alexandra & Gloria were more than accommodating. They made our stay so special, making memories we will never forget. They went above and beyond for us and we can't thank them enough.

Food was excellent but the menu limited and did not change. Lunch and dinner menus were the same

We really enjoyed our stay and found the rooms to be very comfortable and had a great meal in the restaurant. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and spoke good English. We had trouble finding the hotel because the directions included road names that didn’t exist. We spoke to the hotel about this and how we lost time driving back and forth trying to get data service to locate the hotel. Also we were not told about any activities apart from the gym but when I looked at other booking sites it mentions bikes and riding to explore the local environs. I asked about walking trails and we were given 2 maps which had us on the road. Otherwise we slept really well and it was a wonderful quiet and calm place to relax.

This place is an amazing getaway never felt so relaxed in a long time. The pool the restaurant the rooms all were exceptional and had their own charm. I would recommend to everybody
