洗濯機がついていたので洗濯ができたことはもちろんですが、浴室乾燥がついていたので夜に洗濯して乾かすことができたのがとてもありがたかったです。バス停、電停から近く、近くでレンタカーも借りることが出来たし、駅までも10分くらいで歩けたので行動しやすくありがたかったです

基本的には満足だったのですが、ラップが空っぽだったのが残念でした。お風呂に洗面器があると嬉しかったです。

清潔感がありとても良かった

ゴミを捨てる場所が分かりにくいのと、人が不在の施設でありながらも、チャットや電話全てが繋がらなく、旅行の予定時間がある立場的には、タイムラグが不便で仕方ないです。せめて、電話対応ぐらい直ぐに出て欲しいです。

Walking distance to JR Nagasaki station and a central tram stop. Supermarket nearby, and heaps of affordable eateries at nearby Peace Stadium. Massively spacious and generous apartment with good quality furniture. Day to day facilities and amenities brilliant - appreciated things like laundry powder alongside the washing machine. Could easily stay for two weeks.

The soundproofing isn’t amazing and you can hear guests on other floors. Nothing so bad it interrupted our sleep, though. Beds were so-so in terms of comfort but ample sleeping space available. Felt a bit awkward doing a video call to elsewhere to check in but the unmanned nature of the hotel wasn’t terrible.
