"La peor experiencia en recepción."

La peor experiencia que he tenido en mis viajes. El trato en recepción muy malo. Pero además no estaba mi reservación en recepción, y me dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles. Después de media hora de preguntar y buscar me dijeron que si había aparecido, pero en este momento ya había yo reservado en otro sitio.
