"Great stay central stay in the city. Shame a few things weren’t up to standard."

Location was fabulous. Beds very comfortable. Amazing shower! Birthday celebration package was fantastic! Most staff were amazing especially the young man on the bar each morning and the young man with long hair welcoming guests for breakfast. However there was one member of staff who was quite rude to me! When asked if the hash browns contained eggs or milk (my child has allergies) he was very rude and abrupt with his response! He replied ‘Yes why wouldn’t they be, hash browns don’t contain milk’ in a rude manner. As a matter of fact having a daughter with severe allergies, I do know for certain some branded hash browns contain milk. I do not appreciate being spoken to like I am stupid.

Our room was not cleaned daily and we had to ask for tea, coffee etc to be replenished.

Great location with trams 10 mins from the hotel, lovely clean rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows too, breakfast was good quality food too 👌

The window didn't open at all, I know we were 10 floors up but a bit of air would have been nice
