Muy mal servicio desde la llegada no funcionaba el baño y pedí cambio de habitación , no cambiaban las toallas y reciclaban las sucias … no hacían correctamente el aseo en la habitación y no daban más que una botella de agua al ingresar. En general una pésima experiencia y es al peor Novotel que he llegado en todos mis viajes de negocios. No volveré a quedarme ahí

staff has been super helpful and patient: Enrique for the front desk and Adriana(?) of the restaurant/bar. breakfast is very nice, also the option for food in the restaurant. Close to the supermarket which is a plus.

hard to keep the plug in the power outlet. also there was not a desk in my room that is close to any power outlet. Business traveller would have a hard time to plug in and work. I ended up working in the bar at the lobby, which was pleasant though I wish I could work in my room though.

Fitnessraum, Frühstücksbuffet.

Man zahlt einen zusätzlichen Aufschlag auf den vereinbarten Preis, sonst bekommt man kein Zimmer. Eine Stornierung wegen der Preiserhöhung wurde ebenfalls abgelehnt. Angeblich wäre das eine "governmental tax". Nur: Davon wurde im Buchungsprozess nichts erwähnt und in 4 Wochen Bolivienreise war dieses Hotel das einzige, das diese Steuer erhoben hat... Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht ausschalten und hat das Zimmer zu stark gekühlt.

Nice Hotel with a lot of accomodation and very modern. Located close to exposition center of the town. The swimpool is not really convenient but the breakfast and the gym center are ok.
