Coco Sands Villas

Great facilities and the theme inside the room was nostalgic to all adults who remember "I Dream of Jeannie".

The property was clean and spacious Loved the patios easy drive to cruise terminal Forgot to sign the guest book to the host Thank you for an awesome place to stay

Cute little place, close to lots of things to do and the beach. Clean and organized. Communication was great!! If i can make a suggestion it would be to add a trash can in the bathroom and biggest thing is invest in new mattresses. Old and lumpy, definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise had a great stay! Thanks

Very cute place, quiet area and at night you can hear a band in the distance. The only downside is if you're a light sleeper, we heard people on the other side of the bedroom wall in and out of their bathroom all night, hearing their exhaust fan every time, tapping on the sink with their toothbrush or something and my golly someone in there snores like a chainsaw! Would stay there again as the thin bedroom wall is the absolute only complaint. Neighbors were all otherwise quiet.

Nice to stay if your looking to spend a night before kr after a cruise

The Villa we stayed in was nice, clean and comfortable. There was an issue with a couple of guests in the room next door at 2am and I contacted the property and they immediately handled it. Location is great with really good restaurants nearby. The port is also right there so very convenient if you are going on a cruise. Would definitely stay there again!

This property is a hidden gem in the heart of Cape Canveral. Very clean and fully remodeled. Its a 5 min drive to the port and a 10 min drive to Cocoa Beach. Its only a few blocks off of the beach and all of the beach chairs are there for you to use including a buggy to haul it down there. We were in Unit 19 which was very nice and we had some friends in other units that were very nice as well. We will go back for sure!

Amazing villa, clean, quiet, very spacious and nearby to everything, beach amazing, my family have wonderful time plus the kitchen have everything you need. I will come back.
