We liked the spacious and beautiful house and the house was kept quite clean. The beds were large and super comfortable. Attached bathrooms for each room was brilliant. Very useful to have a washing machine, drying racks and iron. We only used the pool for a day and the kids enjoyed it even though water was a little cold as it was end of October. Good location to get around. Parking inside or outside gate. Well kept outdoor garden. The host was accommodating to our needs.

Whilst the house is in a good condition the furniture and kitchen appliances need updating. Some of the furniture is worn out but useable condition. The kitchen could be a little more updated and better stocked with the basics and tea/coffee as we had to find and buy everything next morning. I think just the basic welcoming morning beverage's would have made it a little easier on our first day. The first room on the left downstairs had a bad smell throughout our stay maybe from the bathroom drainage, this was unpleasant for the guests in that room.

The villa is really good , comfortable, with nice furniture, great beds /pillows, a big and very clean swimming pool. There were cooking facilities( you have to buy everything though, no supplies available there), a washing machine and a dishwasher, even though there was no detergent for either of them.There was good communication with the administrators and anytime we faced some issues, they tried to solve them as soon as possible. We visited end of September and the price was really good for 9 people ( 3 teachers and six students). We would recommend it if you have a means of transport.

The villa is located in a distance of about 20 minutes drive from Fethiye centre and there is no public transport near, so we had to pay for private transfer every day . A lot of things seem to need fixing or replacement there, Anyway , we could do without them, so we didn't face a real problem. We stayed for 6 nights and there was no cleaning or changing of towels available, we had to do it by ourselves. Overall a very good experience !
