Compact comfortable everything you could possibly need

Door to shower and toilet did not shut easily

Well, you get what you pay for. I think this may be a fairly new property and they are certainly in the process of upgrading it so kudos to them for that. PROS: nice looking inside, clean, quiet, felt safe, full kitchen, washing machine, bathtub, private fenced back yard, nice linens and towels, electric kettle, enough kitchen utensils/pots/pans to cook a simple meal CONS: the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, extremely squeaky upstairs floor and beds, the upstairs is not a King sized (both beds are smaller than advertised,) neither toilet was bolted to the floor so they moved when sitting down and getting up, no kitchen roll, only one kitchen hand towel, only one bathroom hand towel but two bathrooms, the dishwasher wouldn't run because it was out of soap and rinse and there wasn't any to refill it, the upstairs windows don't open so the day's heat and steam from the shower just hung out upstairs and there was no breeze to move it out

When you first walk in it looks modern. Decent decoration. Good location.

Toaster was not working. Oven and grill was extremely dirty, Ground floor shower was extremely small and tight, not suitable for a large person at all. The upstairs shower was not suitable for a tall person. I struggled to stand properly. The water pressure was awful The sound proof terrible. There was a problem with the pipes as we used the shower downstairs the middle of the carpet became wet. The property was designed in a very cheap way to increase the value of the house but sadly once your in, you realise that it’s not worth a penny to spend

A really nice, quiet area, nice house, basic but everything we needed. Felt very safe in this area and easy access with the key safe, handy for Ashford international train station and fairly close to town, nice pub and a couple of shops within walking distance. When we had a problem with the boiler they arranged for an electrician to come out within the hour on a Saturday night to fix it, responded to my messages right away to sort the problem when I contacted them.

We stayed there to go to a family wedding, and when we got there the iron did not work and the boiler was not working so there was no hot water which made things really difficult, however the boiler was fixed quickly. Showers not great - one could only be used if not very tall and other if very slim and the pressure was not great in that one, there was a bath though.
