I visited Matera for the first time with my family of 13. The hotel staff, especially Karla, was wonderful! Karla reached out a week before our stay to help arrange restaurant reservations, outings and even a photographer for family photos. She also arranged local transportation to and from the hotel. We were well cared for and miss this magical place already. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. WiFi and the TV worked well and breakfast was plentiful! It was a truly wonderful experience for all!

To visit Matera I can’t imagine a more perfect place. Perfect location. Quiet rooms . Comfortable beds.Caves with all the modern amenities. Carla at the desk to fulfill our every need. And waking up to a very full Breakfast delivered to our table by delightful staff.
