EVERYTHING
The elevator was broke. No one called and let us know. I have MS and had a very hard time having to bring all my stuff up the stairs. There was no employee that could help bring my stuff to the room. I traveled with kids so made it even harder. I even made a note Inhad MS and needed 1st level. They ran out of towels so we had to reuse ole dirty wet towels. The room smelled like stinky wet socks when we walked in. I will never stay at a comfort inn. They did not even refund us for all the trouble we had.
The front desk ladies were very polite. The bed was comfortable. We have family in Harrah, so its wonderful to have a place to stay close. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We stayed here for a softball tourney. The facilities were clean. The hallway on our floor smelled like cigarette smoke terribly. Our room was spacious and clean. Gym was well equipped, breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The beds were comfy.
