Friendliness of staff. Room very comfortable. However, some of the breakfast was not to our liking. We went elsewhere.

While staying we discovered an issue with our shower. The staff was so friendly dealing with getting us in a new room, even upgrading it. Robert at the front desk was great.

I dont know when they started doing this but every morning housekeeping came down the hall knocking on doors and saying "Housekeeping" EXTREMELY loud. I understand they were obviously trying to see if rooms needed service but i could literally hear the lady down the hall which was extremely annoying when we were still trying to sleep. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time experiencing this. And to top it off the ppl next to us literally let their kids run in and out the room for hours last night. Just was a bad stay!!

We stay here to visit family. Not far from Oklahoma City, so there's plenty to do.
