Catbird Hotel

I was in town for a conference and got bumped from the Ritz due to overbooking. I decided to take a chance and stay at the Catbird and am so glad I did. Upon arrival, the staff was delightful and made me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and enjoyable. Morning breakfast and coffee hit the spot and the neighborhood was great. Nothing but good vibes all around!

Wonderful hotel with so many thoughful amenities. The rooms are wonderful and have everything you need. The kitchenette has everything you need and the marketplace is a gem for those late night eats. Perfect for a cozy staycation or to explore the art district.

Cute hotel, room was comfortable with great storage spaces under the bed. Used the hot tub and roof space which was great. Towels were available.

VERY NICE! Great atmosphere in RINO with unique, cool vibe! The open living room feel of the Catbird's lobby, social and casual dining areas help people engage easily. A lone guest can hang out and enjoy the feel of community! Staff is friendly, security is good and you can't beat their amazing rooftop with hot tubs overlooking the city. A fun place to be for cocktails and live music!

They should offer to clean the rooms more frequently. They also kept closing the rooftop bar for private events without notifying guests.

This is an awesome place to stay. The decor and atmosphere is wonderful and the quality of the amenities is 5 Star. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The room was a quiet and spacious retreat with a full kitchen setup, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The service was exceptional—every staff member was welcoming, and our small request for extra pillows was handled immediately and cheerfully.

I really loved the design and overall vibe of this hotel, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the most practical or comfortable experience. My A/C was broken, so I reported it to the front desk, and they sent an engineer to check it out the following day. I was told that if it couldn’t be repaired, I’d be moved to a new room. However, after determining it was unfixable, no one followed up with me. When I returned to my room, it was uncomfortably hot, even though it was 45 degrees outside and the windows don’t open. When I went downstairs to request a room change, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I’m disappointed by how long it took to address the issue and that the team didn’t follow through on their promise to relocate me
