Dusche tropfte andauernd. leider nichtmal Seife oder Duschgel in den Bädern vorhanden.

The hotel was conveniently located for our needs

We were disappointed with our stay. There was no kettle in the room, and reception was unable to provide one when asked. Additionally, the bed was a zip-and-link setup but hadn't actually been zipped together. This caused the mattresses to separate, which was not only uncomfortable but also dangerous while sharing the bed with a toddler. The room was incredibly basic and did not live up to the price we paid.

Verzorgde accomodatie, nette kamer, badkamer met douche en prima ontbijtbuffet met vriendelijke bediening. Zeker aan te bevelen als je in deze regio van Düsseldorf moet zijn

parkeervoorziening valt wel tegen, moest elders parkeren. De parkeergarage heeft maar een beperkt aantal parkeerplaatsen en de omliggende parkeerplaatsen worden door een rijschool ingenomen

Es war sehr laut(Endhaltestelle Bahn und an der Hauptstraße) und warm im Zimmer.

We arrived late, around midnight. Despite that, we had to wait for 40 minutes to check in. The man at the reception told us it was his first day which would be totally understandable if he wasn't so amazingly confident in his (wrong) knowledge about how payments made via Booking.com work. We pre-paid our reservation via Booking.com and it took us a while to persuade him that we don't need to pay once more. At the end, he had to call the help center twice to clarify that. It would be much smoother if a new employee was given a better onboarding in his new role. Besides that, the hotel parking was full and hard to get into (underground garage with a very steep corner). Very unpleasant surprise when you arrive by car at nights. Finally, there was no soap or shampoo in the room.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, der Kaffee lecker. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wir waren schon zum 2. Mal dort.
