DIDI Hotel Alambagh

Except bathroom floor which is not properly designed to drain out water after use, rest every thing are very good including room tariff. Room service,indoor decoration,room space,furniture,lift and neatness are very good.

The response from room service was very bad. At the time of checked in we already inform about our checked out date and time and at the time of checked out the Credit card swap machine was not working Hotel crew (Mr.Rahul )suggested to swap on another place but he refuse to swap and hotel crew demands for cash at that time my flight was almost missed but by luck i managed to reached airport before 45min.

I stayed in Hotel DiDi for a day. The rooms are nice comfortable compared to the tariff. Food is good. The hotel is safer compared to most of the Lucknow hotels, except Picadilly which is again quite expensive. Staffs are courteous and thanks to the lady at the reception and her team, as they are really helpful. Just to mention, I forgot my ID card at the hotel and they were helpful enough to courier it back to me without any follow ups. This hotel is 15mins away from the railway station and is a good option for comfortable stay in lucknow

Stay 17/18 March 2013; Room No 358 The hotel had claimed that they have WiFi, but this is not true. I missed WiFi in the hotel and could not use my notebook, and had to do all my business using the 3G service of my phone (The quality was only 2G in the room, allowing only EDGE service) There was internet in the hotel in the open space near reception in the Hotel Computer, which I did not want to access due to my internet security worries. The 24-hour check-in / Check-out facility and quality of food were excellent for business traveler.

Located in the one of the most bustling market of Lucknow- Alambagh. Close to railway to station and not far-away from airport. Can find Auto/Taxi any time just beside the hotel. Room is clean. Beds are ok. Tariff is fine. good for business and family stay. Room varieties are available. In evening, one can roam around and find good eateries near by.

Its a Decent accommodation for Business people. Room is comfortable but the AC could have been better if it was a split AC. The Rooms are Big and Spacious. with basic amenities like Fridge, Hair Dryer, LCD.
