אהבנו את המלון בכללי, אולם מכיוון שהזמנו חצי שנה לפני הגעתנו את המלון, התאכזבנו מאד שקיבלנו חדר מול מתקני חברת החשמל, זה לא היה סימפטי, כשביקשתי בדלפק מיידית להחליף, פקידת הקבלה לא ממש התאמצה וטענה שהמלון מלא.( יכלה לתת לנו חדר אחר, כי בכז הזמנו חצי שנה מראש) דבר נוסף , כשעשינו טיפול, לצערנו היה רעש נוראי של חדר הסנוקר, או משחקים אחרים שממש צמוד לחדרי הטיפול. זה ממש הפריע לטיפול, כדאי שתעשו משהו בנידון) תודה עירית וטל

Pekné izby, čistota, odhlučnené. Dobrá kuchyňa, milý personál.

Prázdny minibar, izba sa počas pobytu neupratovala. Počas nášho pobytu bolo kúpalisko preplnené, málo lehátok pri hoteli. Od 15:00-18:00 sa v hoteli nedalo objednať žiadne jedlo.
