Super clean, spacious and bright, top location in the heart of the city center yet at a quite alley, amazing view from the balcony to the seafront

The first day there was no hot water but this was just an unfortunate event I think. I contacted the property management company they and took immediate action.

Great location, in the center of Thessaloniki, right next to Ag. Dimitrios' Church. Wonderful view from a very large terrace, both to the city and the sea. The apartment is quite large, very clean, with nice furniture and all the facilities you need.

The location is great, the apartment is big and comfortable. It was also very clean.

Communication with the host was not the best, it took us a day to get hot water. Shower is problematic, the temperature of the water constantly changes. There are old wifi codes next to the router that do not work. The elevator is old and can get stuck.

bad service, waiting in front of the door too long for response from owners, no phone answer for an hour…… other than that apartment is in good location, close to canter, very clean and cozy

Location, nice view, the lighting(all 3 rooms had natural light), spacious rooms. The sheets and the towels were sparkly clean

We took the keys from the box at 3:45 p.m but the check-in time was at 3 p.m..(we were waiting for that damn email that had the code we needed to open the key box)..It was very frustating after 5 hours of driving to wait for so long... the kids needed to use the toilet... It smelled like smoke all over the place, that made our stay very unpleasent.. We found hair in the dishes🤮... The table cloth was so dirty, you could distingue the menu of the last six month people had.. The shower didn't work properly(very hard to have proper temperature; it came out too hot or too cold) even though the bathroom was fancy... We didn't have wifi at all..🤷‍♀️ during the whole stay..

The place is not very clean, but the main problem was that there is no hot water. The gas installation was not working. We called the agency several times to fix the problem and could not managed. We staid 3 days in the apartment without hot water. We will never come back to this place and we will not recommend.
