The apartment is okay, the view is very nice, the location is very good.

We couldn't check in at the promised time because the hosts didn't send us the code for the keybox when they were supposed to. We could only enter the apartment 2 hours after the check-in time, and only because we insisted on calling them. When we entered, the beds were not ready, and we tried to call the hosts for another 2 hours before getting a rude answer. They even blocked my friend's number. They then fixed the problem and reached out to us only after our checkout to apologise. It was a very unpleasant experience, and they didn't even suggest compensation. In general, the customer service and communication with the hotel property were terrible. They were hard to reach out to, and very dismissive when we managed to talk to them.

We used to com every year to stay here after our trip to Mount Athos, the location is literally next to Agios Demetrios Church with easy access to all the main attractions and the waterfront.

This year however, the bathroom was a total mess. The ceiling was musty and it seemed to peel of as if it was about to come down, the soap dispenser was broken and the shower had way too much calcar deposits. Totally not OK.
