Great location, the apartment is very clean and well equipped. Beautiful view, there is a church with a small plaza and you can see the sea from the balcony, which is a great place to have a glass of wine to end your day. Definitely would stay there again

We tried to contact the flat managers for few hours without any answers, incl. emergency calls. After finally reaching them, they seemed to not care and gave us wrong instructions about a switch on a panel that served a different purpose (as we found out the second day) and told us to wait. After more than 6 hours, still no hot water so we tried to contact them again multiple times without success. The flat manager finally responded to our messages, and they sent a maintenance staff around noon. He went directly to the balcony, opened a closed "gas switch," and repair the boiler that was broken. So, in the end, we realized that they gave us wrong instructions, they did not reply to any inquiries, and after checking older reviews, it seems that this problem is running since few years, so they obviously do not care. We also found out that many of the flats run by this company have terrible reviews (check their Google Maps!), incl. full lack of cleaning and multiple cases of thieves... We felt insecure staying longer in this flat and booked another accommodation on AirBnB, after staying 40h in the flat while in communication with the owner, waiting to find a way to solve the issue. At the end we lost our weekend and 180€ (we booked the flat for 4 days), as Booking did not help at all trying to solve the issue.

The apartment is clean and tidy.Its location was in the center. Walking distance to Ataturk's house.

Parking is generally a big problem in the city.

Very spacious apartment with a perfect view. Comfy beds. Nice place for a family or 2 couples. Location is perfect. Terrace is nice.

Key lock box stuck, difficulty getting the keys out of it. No hot water, no heating. They sent a technician who didn't fix the issue. He was aggressive and rude. Incompetent management staff on the phone.

Location, it has parking in front of the building, we were there on Saturday after 15.00h and free public parking is available until Sunday in whole city

It wasn't clean as expected. The floor had some hairs and it had some dust on the furniture. The church was ringing multiple times in the morning It was okayish, but can be better.

The communication of the staff was terrible. We were supossed to check in at 15:00 PM and they didnt even contacted us to say that there was a delay of 1 hour. They didnt respond to our phone calls and messages. Staff very rude and unprofessional.

Spacious, well equiped flat with a great view over Agios Demetrios church, you are literally 3 minutes away, easy acces to center and all the major atractions, if you go in the summer, the flat has AC, if you go in the winter the heat is working and you have hot water

I had to call the host in order to receive the self-check in instructions, and the host mentioned that the flat would be ready in half an hour after the aforementioned check in hour.

The place is fabulous and very clean in the city center. We loved it
