heel goed bed en alles netjes en schoon.

geen airco - het was hittegolf dus beetje tegenslag met m'n timing om in Brussel te verblijven. Ik kom zeker terug want het was heel goed inorde, gewoon een beetje pech en in dit geval was een airco heel aangenaam geweest.

Be mindful that the temperature can get quite hot on the top floor in Summer, and also the narrow staircase with luggage. Otherwise great.

Tout était parfait. Situation et proximité avec le centre-ville; on peut tout faire à pieds. Propreté, volume du duplex, belles finitions chambre et point d'eau. Cuisine équipée au rez-de-chaussée ainsi que pièce de repos avec table et vue sur la rue.(Rue sans voitures puisque bloquée à l'extrémité gauche et calme du coup.) Encore un joli petit salon au 1er étage aussi en commun. Entrée facile avec code perso sécurisé; autant pour la grande entrée, que pour le logement. On se sent comme chez soi très vite et quartier sûre aussi.

Un peu bruyante, la terrasse du café au carrefour, à gauche. Jusqu'à l'hre de fermeture en tout cas. (Indépendant de votre volonté.)

Ottima posizione e bella struttura. Avevamo una stanza all'ultimo piano, costruita su due piani, molto particolare e carina. La struttura offre una cucina in comune da poter sfruttare, l'arredamento è curato.
