The staff are very friendly and the property is located nicely close to everything

Not clean up to expectations and not the rooms are not well maintained, price is much higher than the value paid

The property is well appointed and excellently maintained.

The only downside is not beachfront property

There wasn’t activities to do it’s very boring

Staff are very responsive and helpful. Reception was quite nice and responded promptly. The restaurant is quite comfy and beautiful.

Price is very high compared to service provided knowing that there is no beach, and it went down for my same dates 2 days after i booked! Highway side rooms are very noisy by high speeding vehicles. AC Sometimes very powerful, other times just ok. Balcony wasnt clean when we arrived and had to ask them to clean it. Furniture is kinda old. Parking is very challenging and bust, valet handle it though.

The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely disinterested in assisting guests. The hotel is hugely overpriced for the extremely poor level of service it offers. Even something as basic as pool towels wasn’t available — there was no one around to ask, and when someone finally did show up, they didn’t bring them. No help. No service. No response. It honestly felt like no one cared at all. I would never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. The worst ever.
