Only the open buffet and breakfast were good and the restaurant was big and good the design was beautiful and the food was good

There were a lot of flies in the room and the air conditioning inside the rooms was weak air and did not cool the room well and honestly it was not worth the amount of almost 400 dollars on one night and also the view was on the street in most of the rooms although I booked the best room and also there is something strange I found the same room that I booked for 400 dollars but at a different price for Egyptians and residents in Egypt and I think that this is exploitation if a foreigner wants to come, this is very strange because they are the same rooms and the same everything, but there is a special price for Egyptians and residents in Egypt and another price for foreigners and there is no difference between them and there is no privilege or something they should modify this thing because there is no hotel in the world that does these things even hotels that have a higher and nicer rating than this hotel do not have this thing and also their price is not as high as this one night

The food was very good

This is the 2nd te for us to stay here and it was amazing. Location! You wouldnt worry about shopping as it is just next to a hyper market. Very easy to be located by friends or taxis, comfortable rooms, amazing staff.

The new regulations for prices, if not egyptian you will have to pay way more than usual. Breakfast could be a bit more versatile.

Everything about the hotel was good. The service was good and when you ask them for something they do it straight away. They were also very helpful and the room service was great. The receptionist, his name is Amr he was extremely polite and never said he was not able to do anything I asked. Also another person that was very helpful was Ahmed. He helped with anything I needed and also arranged transportation for me multiple times. Also I would like to mention Ahmed Basher which I saw mainly in the restaurant on the ground floor he was also very helpful. In general, service was great and the staff are respectful and polite people. I would recommend this hotel.

Every thing was perfect Rooms are wide and furniture is very good Plenty of room types which are fitting all plans Awesome services, Friendly staff, Location is near by everything, Really it is a memorable place, The hotel is making a unique combination between business and leisure travelers, Thank you RHACTUS
