Radisson Blu Residences Al Hoceima

The location was acceptable, but unfortunately this was the only positive point.

This was one of the worst experiences we have had. The apartment was not clean, important shower items were missing, the TV remote control was not available, and the apartment was not properly prepared for a family with two small children. We booked expecting a suitable place for a baby and a 4-year-old child, but the sleeping arrangements and facilities were not ready as described on Booking.com.

On a du attendre bcp de temps avant de pouvoir faire le checking, et on se déplaçait à l'hôtel a chaque fois pour demander soit le lit de bébé soit les serviettes vu le manque de personnel à la réception des résidences

It’s location and the staff was moderately good

It was the dirtiest room i have ever stayed in , mold and spider webs everywhere and i was travelling with a 2 months old baby , and it’s a five stars resort !!!!! If it was in a country that actually cared about the safety of it’s people and tourists that hotel would be closed for good
