Nice hotel in Phuket and room is clean with sea view very good service, very friendly and helpful from staff special thanks to staff Aei and Prim they went out of their way to help me. Over all great place & very positive experience. Real value for money.

Bad experience NOT Recommend Dear foto hotel team I recently stayed at your hotel, and while I had high hopes for a pleasant stay, my experience was marred by what I can only describe as poor management and organization. The check-in process was chaotic and unnecessarily time-consuming, with staff members appearing confused and unprepared. This initial encounter set a disappointing tone for the rest of my stay. Moreover, the lack of clear communication among your staff was evident. Requests made to the front desk were either delayed or forgotten, demonstrating a concerning lack of coordination and efficiency in addressing guest needs. It was disheartening to witness such disarray in a reputable establishment. The management team's absence was noticeable. There seemed to be no one taking charge or ensuring that operations ran smoothly, which only exacerbated the sense of disorder. This lack of leadership not only affects the guest experience but also reflects poorly on the hotel's reputation. I had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but the frustration caused by these organizational and managerial shortcomings was significant. I believe that with more attentive management and better organization, your hotel has the potential to offer a much more pleasant experience to its guests. I am posting this review on TripAdvisor and Google in the hope that it will encourage your hotel to take necessary actions to improve. Guests expect and deserve a well-managed and organized environment, which, unfortunately, was not my experience. Beautiful hotel, unbelievably comfortable bed, but I booked it pretty much for the bathtub and the water coming out of the tap was lukewarm at best and really just overall cold. It was impossible to fill up the tub. I even tried with the lukewarm water and with how bad the water pressure is, only filled up about 8 inches and I used the water boiler in the room to boil water three times and when I sat in it it was still cold. Gave up on that idea which was a major bummer as it’s why I booked the hotel. Need to fix their heater situation or take out the tubs.

Très bien. Mais pas de plage. Assez isolé, du coup très calme. Mais aussi taxi ou scooter obligatoire pour aller au centre.
