The pillows the space in the room and the biscuit treats

I expected a little bit more with service and cleaning for a 5 star hotel. There was a can left in a cupboard and the coffee machine was not even emptied or maintained during our stay. I had to remove other people’s pods and request some pods.

"Sympa mais il y a mieux à ce prix a Bilbao"

L emplacement, la chambre , le lit

Pas beaucoup de chaînes sur leur télé et aucune de sport pendant la coupe du monde . Il a fallu faire intervenir quelqu'un de l hôtel pour se servir de la bonde de la baignoire qui ne se coincé pas. Piscine mais payante 20€ la demie heure alors qu elle est minuscule. Les tables du roovtop sont réservées tout le temps donc très peu de tables accessibles

Room was large & comfortable. Great location. Could walk to local restaurants, shops, & Guggenheim museum 25 mins). Staff were very welcoming & helpful.

It was a heatwave when we were there, so air conditioned hotel was a good escape from the heat. Room could get too cold at times!
