Apartment CLOUD Asia Afrika Bandung

We gave greatly enjoyed our stay, we booked this room as displayed but got given a bigger room (upgrade) which was really nice of them. The room we got was very similar just bigger with a better positioned TV - they have lots of studio apartments so i think you could get different ones whe you book, but they are all similar. The building is really cool, proper Indonesian flats in a good location next to night market. We liked the history of the building! We didn't use the swimming pool seemed clean, there was lots of k marts/indomarts closeby. We washed clothes and used the balcony to dry them, it has nice hot water, and good little kitchen to make noodles/eggs extra. The bed was comfy. It had drinking water dispenser which was great.

The room could have been slightly bit cleaner soap marks around sink but this was no issue for us. The kitchen tap needs replacing (i worry it will fall off and cause a leak) and if it was my property I would clear it of all the extra things and empty the draws (that have spare bedding) so people could use it but again this is no issue for us. Also the frying pan doesn't work (wrong metal) on the conduction hob so you should change it so people can use the frying pan. We would 100% return and recommend for a cheap Indonesian style accommodation.

It has been my third time using this room. The place is clean and located near my destination as I travelling regularly to Bandung. It provides a comfy and spacious room.

To reach the office to get the key, you must take the elevator but sometimes it requires a access card which you haven't had so quite frustrating.

Location was great room was more than enough for two people

It is a full apartment with all required household appliances as you are living in your own house. The place is easy to be located and near the culinary spots.

You will need to confirm the arrival time as sometimes the staff are not available to give elevator card.

I like the complete amenities as you are living in an apartment. You can cook, utensils are ready, even snacks are provided using the self-service method. The place is clean, even though i question the cloud-shaped pillow, but overall, it gaves me great experience there.

I came late around 9 pm with no one standby at the office. I also have no early warning about the working time. I tried to call the person who gave me the booking details with no luck. Good thing that the security guard connects me with the PIC of the office.
