Wonderful room. Clean, most spacious we had had. Had a meal in the hotel. It was almost indescribable but i will try. Like a work of art but without taste. Such a busy plate i could barely identify what i ordered. It was served on a cold plate and it was cold. A preoccuptaion with serving things on hay did not improve it. Go back to basics and dish up some hot and tastey food.

The hotel is ok, but the personal has low or zero knowledge of English. It is almost impossible to get service, even if they want to help, they are not able to. And some of them who could speak a bit English were rude, or maybe they did not know how to communicate better.

The best stay in Szczecin! The hotel is new, everything is clean. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you Agata for everything you helped us with!

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel in the heart of Szczecin no more then a 15 minute walk from everything! Rooms were super clean and elegant. You will not find more bang for your buck.
