The hospitality of the staff.

Wi-fi was very challenging, very slow I couldn't get work done on the laptop. Room 21 could use a new bathroom door and a clean carpet.

The reception was good, easy access to the N1 Rooms are clean 👌 The aircon was good

I booked four family rooms but I got only one family room and three standard rooms . The family room can only take two adults and two small kids. It doesn't have two single beds and one big bed as advertised . The room doesn't qualify to be classified as a family room 😕
