Breakfast took a little long to be ready

A little more staff to make things go faster. More than one iron for laundry service could make things better especially on busy days.

Nothing. It was not clean, it was loud, you could hear every single sound, there was some dirt on the wall, the room door didn’t lock from outside only inside.

You could hear every single sound. You could hear the neighbours, the cars, it was so uncomfortable I couldn’t even get a wink of sleep that night. Any movement was heard. The female staff member at reception was incredibly rude. They got our booking wrong and blamed it on the app. Everything was terrible. Overall terrible experience

Using 2 single beds.

It was clean and it’s very easily accessible

The room had a very mouldy smell, it’s like there was no proper ventilation

Was placed in room 7.The celling was bad.The shower was malfunctioning.We could not mix water well.We diid not shower as only hot/ cold water came out.We complained and nothing was done. They made it look like we are complaining for nothing.The handy man came and as soon as he leaves the problem starts again.
