Superschönes, sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel mit sensationellem Frühstück. Wunderschöne Poolanlage zT mit „Sandstrand“ mit Sandspielzeug. Fahrräder für Groß und Klein, Tischtennisplatte - da hat jemand richtig mitgedacht!!

Traveled Thailand over the month with my partner and two children one who was two year old and the other was seven year old. We arrived and showed our booking reference that was paid in full staff tried to say that it wasn’t paid for previous to this they had took four passports Photo copied them and then told us to wait an hour until we could check in. We then returned to see if we could check in and they said we only booked for two people (after taking four passports) so we said okay we will share a bed then they try to charge for breakfast which we said we didn’t want Then they completely told us we couldn’t stay so we had to go somewhere else and book another hotel, which was very distressing never got our money back stayed in over 14 hotels never had a problem with any other booking i wouldn’t even stay here if it was for free. Disgusting staff. And we love thailand so this really really upset us! Be careful people!!!

I booked this at the last minute. I wanted to be close to Phuket Int Airport. On arrival I was looked after very well, my suitcase was taken from me and I was shown to my room by a very thorough young man who explained the location of amenities as we went. In the room he explained certain features to me. I paid what I consider a very low sum for 2 night B&B and my room was huge with a little balcony and a spacious bedroom Breakfast was top notch with an omelette station, a pancake station, chicken and herbs if you wanted it and all the other usual things . The swimming pool is lovely and there is a convenience store , a library, a playroom, a gym - everything you could want. Service was always with the guest as the priority and everything was convenient. There is a little market at the hotel gates and the beach is right there too. Walk along to Solstice Cafe for a juice and then walk further still until you see the condos in the hill. There is a wooden bridge down to a cute beach. The pizzeria at the hotel gates provides delicious cocktails and pizzas. I had a club sandwich in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious too. I’ve had a really great stay and recommend this hotel.

The beach was across the street. Everything I needed was close by. Love this place

Absolutely awful Hotel is overcrowded and shabby every single guest is Russian and every voice on the beach Russian - it was like I landed in the wrong country Bach is dirty and smells Strongly of cooking food all the time as the road is lined with stalls Room shabby and dates and bathroom smells Just awful

The territory of the hotel is very beautiful: many blooming trees, two nicely designed pools, spacious territory. But the building itself and rooms really need renovation and the pools really need better circulation and filtration - water is hot and bit cloudy. Close to the sea. Breakfast is ok. Very good massage inside the hotel - highly recommend. Gave it three stars because: - I had a jet lag and asked for the quiet room - they gave me the room next to housekeeping, so I actually got woke multiple times starting from 5 in the morning. After I asked for a change - the hotel put me in the room with a persistent musty odor, but hotel employees insisted it was just a smell, no mold in the room. But the smell didn’t do away. Until I got acquainted with the family next room, and they actually told me they moved out of this exect room because the whole bottom of the wall was covered with black mold! Which is quite unhealthy. I’m amazed the management approaches this issue like that :( this is inappropriate. Another issue is that the hotel is really overcrowded by Russian families with children, so all the sun beds are always (from 7 am) occupied by towels (although half of them are not actually used most part of the day). Some people behave not quite civilised during the breakfast.
