The hotel was very nice and very clean but they allowed a huge party in the parking lot until 11 PM. Bright lights on, veryloud and management did nothing.

"Excellent"

Staff is polite and friendly. They doing best as customer experience. Bad part - there was pieces of broken glass in room which could had injured anyone. Light was not working but upon request it was addressed immedietly.

Very large property, plenty of parking. Room was clean with nice kitchen area. Breakfast was good and for the same price I would stay here again.

Management staff was horrible. The English they spoke was horrible and I’m getting really tired of all these foreign people in hotels. It’s horrible and they are the ones that ice needs to get not the Mexicans that actually want to feed us. They need to get these Indian people that keep taking our money.

We stayed at this hotel twice, on our way to and our way back from Minneapolis. We live in Ohio. We chose it because it made our trip easier-- it's away from Chicago freeway traffic yet convenient for getting into and out of the area. We previously lived in a nearby town, so we knew the location would work for us. Both times, the rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
