La tarjeta del parking no existe Nos hicieron ir primero al apartamento a recoger la tarjeta del parking q no existe. Tuvimos q hablar con los empleados del parking los q nos hicieron saber q mo existe la tarjeta. Los empleados nos dejaron guardar el coche de mala gana pues dicen estar cansados de tener q estar abriendo la puerta y q ellos no trabajan para el apartamento q son empleados del parking. Al decirles q no íbamos a mover el coche nos dejaron guardarlo. El problema es q los dueños no renuevan la tarjeta EN FIN UN MAREO PARA LOS HUESPEDES

Our stay at this flat was fantastic! The flat is enormous, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a very large living room with dining table. The flat is right in the middle of a bustling area in the center, with street music and shows all around, but it all stops before midnight and you feel enveloped in the young atmosphere of Lisbon, which is what we wanted. Everything was clean and no equipment we needed was missing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this flat to friends!

The Location.

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT 1. The front of the building is being refurbished, this is NOT advertised. Once you book you will get a message informing you of construction work. If (like us) you book a non-refundable room then you have effectively been conned by misinformation. 2. The construction is taking place the entire year of 2024. 3. Your balcony ‘view’ is of scaffolding that is wrapped in a fabric. Workmen will walk past your windows, your view is of nothing else, then there is the noise, drilling at 7.30AM. 4. It gets worse. 5. We checked in at the advertised 3pm. The room HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED from the prior guests visit. Our 1st impressions were ruined from here on. We had to experience prior guests mess as our children excitedly wandered into the apartment only to be let down as we explained to them that we had been asked to leave the apartment and come back hours later once it had been cleaned. 6. It STILL gets worse. 7. We eventually check in (later than the proposed time) and half the apartment has NO POWER. Complete blackout. 8. I message Altido and they expect me to become a temporary electrician and to start messing with the fuses to fix this. They don’t send anyone out, they just send multiple instructions of which fuses to turn on and off. This is poor service and frankly also something I would view as completely unsafe for a non-qualified person. 9. Anyway, we fly in to Lisbon and have all this to deal with at check in and have to accept the disappointing start, but as positive minded people we decide to get showered and go for dinner, but wait, what’s next….. 10. NO HOT WATER 11. Yep, seriously. When we raised this, we were asked to ‘go for a walk’ while they got somebody to the property, the NEXT DAY. Bed without showering it is. 12. In total, we were without hot water for 50% of our stay and had cold showers. A family of 4, two children aged 4 and 5. 13.

Location and easily accessible to all locals & tourist attractions

Bedroom sizes were small and no space to open suitcases and not much space on side tables as well.

The location, really central

As it was not air-conditioned, the property could not accommodate another fan to cool the apartment. The property boasts a dishwasher but did not provide dishwasher tablets, there were no kitchen towels. The staff although helpful were not friendly. Would not recommend
