simple to follow instructions to collect keys, quick messaging back, very clean and tidy, nice bedding, nice towels, some things left in shower for washing, some things left in fridge and cupboard

Location excellent for easy walk into main shopping areas. Nice clean apartment with good views and very quiet.

Better if keys could be picked up at reception . Easy to get lost in car trying to get back to street if you miss your turning.

Great location, secured parking. The property looks better than the pictures.

There was left over take away from the previous people left in the fridge and the towels had been folded and put away whilst still damp after being washed. Easy to rectify and one of them minor things but did take away from the first impression.
