"A Perfect Stay in the Heart of the City"

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The railway station is just a 5-minute walk away, while the main square and the cathedral can be reached in about 15 minutes. The Opera is located directly opposite the hotel, and there is a major transport hub nearby, including a metro station. A popular shopping street Meir is within walking distance, and there is a grocery store right next to the building. The room was cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean, and housekeeping was provided daily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is located on the 6th floor next to the reception area. A nice bonus was the breakfast terrace and the complimentary coffee available in the lobby. Another convenient feature is the keyless access system. Guests can enter both the hotel and their room using a code provided at reception. For those arriving before check-in or departing after check-out, luggage storage lockers are available on the ground and 6th floors.

The breakfast selection could have been more varied. The number of TV channels was limited, and there was no refrigerator in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at B&B Hotel Antwerp Centre. The hotel has a very convenient location, especially for travellers arriving from Charleroi Airport, as it is easy to reach using the Flibco bus service. It is also well connected for departure from Zaventem Airport, with a straightforward train connection. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. The view from the hotel is not particularly special, but for a business trip this was not an issue at all.

The only negative experience was related to the invoice. I did not receive it automatically after my stay, and even after several requests, it took a few days before I finally received it. Apart from this administrative issue, everything else was very positive, and I would happily stay here again.
