Très beau loft. Très pratique. Juste à coté de l'École d'art et de design de l'Université Laval. Très silencieux, je suis heureuse d'avoir découvert ce concept hotelier.

Location is great. Loft is quite spacious.

The loft wasn’t very clean on arrival (kitchen). There is no lock from the inside (just a small chain). You never seen anyone from staff. Some basic thinks missing (eg olive oil) for cooking. It would be nice to leave some coffee and tea bags. No communication on deposit (when is it taken, when is it wired back) which seems very dodgy.

The layout is nice, the bathroom is large and convenient and the kitchen is comfortable to use.

The water can get out of the shower and requires you to wipe the floor after taking a shower.

don't stay at any of the property from this company ( les lofts) there are only 2 people managing 24 properties that they simply don't have the time to even pick up the phone. and they do, since they don't speak english very well that they are no help. it was a frightening experience. especially this apartment is located on the street level that opens directly to street but the problem is that it's in a very shady area. And even when I had 'do not disturb' sign out. cleaning staff just walked in 3 times even without knocking on the door. scary place. don't go!

Plenty of space in the room. The flat is essentially one big room, with only a curtain separating off the bedroom. It is in a slightly run down area, but we didn't have any problems as a result of that.

Lofts asked for my credit card details so that they could take a "security deposit" in addition to the payment through booking.com . They then used these details to try to charge me twice for the room. This only being stopped when I told my credit card company not to pay the second payment. This may have been a genuine error on their part but, in my communication with them, they didn't seem to recognise what they were doing.

Liked how it spacious and very open. Would have preferred more flexible when it came to maintenance.

Good location in the city, an appartment was clean. Has been provided toster, hairdryer, trays and dishes for preperation of food.

In front of window there are 6-7 trash bins, which making outside view unpleasent. Curtain rolls doesn't work. Hasn't come cleaning lady upon request to reception in order to fix cutains at the appartment.
