"The rooms are really nice. The place is clean easy to get in and out of easy to get Ubers, but not the greatest location"

it was lively if there was something going on every night, there is a few few places within walking distance to eat and get laundry done

The bartender was rude and inconsiderate had an excuse for her attitude, but if I remember one thing about the hotel, it was her entitled power trips over making drinks. The staff behind the desk were incredibly helpful and made up for the bartender.

the lobby was lively and the bathrobes were unique and comfortable

I had been looking forward to our stay at the Ace for months. Our flight was cancelled due to the blizzard and we ended up paying for 2 extra nights that we physically could not arrive for. This wasn’t at all acknowledged by the team & they didn’t respond to our messages regarding our delayed arrival until multiple phone calls. Overall, the staff seemed too cool to help or acknowledge us at all. our bedroom main light was broken for two days. It went entirely unnoticed by housekeeping (who would have had to do our room change in darkness) and it took two visits to reception for them to agree to have a look at it. housekeeping left a dirty cup in my room for three days straight (perhaps due to the darkness) and there was so little space in our room we couldn’t have a suitcase open. overall i’ve had better service, more spacious rooms and better experiences at far cheaper hostels. I was so disappointed after saving for and looking forward to this stay, but unfortunately I couldn’t recommend it at all and wished I’d saved my money and booked elsewhere.
