Lovely staff. Great pool and jacuzzi. Felt welcomed

Cleaners didn't clean room. You had to pay for that service. Normally in hotels they clean the room for you atleast once. Also the location of the hotel is nice but it's a nightmare to go up to. It's up hill.

Lo mejor sin duda fue la terraza y sus vistas y el personal muy atento y simpรกtico.

Se necesita taxi para subir ya que la cuesta es muy empinada y de difรญcil acceso, especialmente si vas con carrito de niรฑo como en nuestro caso. Estuvimos siete noches y solo tuvimos un cambio de toallas y tiraron la basura ese mismo dรญa, ni cambio de sรกbanas ni limpieza del apartamento. En el desayuno habรญa muy poca variedad y poca calidad.

En mi parecer la piscina que solo se puede acceder para los clientes que tenemos los jacuzzi en la habitaciรณn deberรญa ser solo para adultos, el primer dรญa fue un poco imposible relajarse con tanto niรฑo y adolescente tirandose continuamente del borde de la piscina. Tuvimos que irnos
