Unfortunately nothing!

Where should I start? My reservation got canceled multiple times as I didn't make advance payment even though booking.com clearly mentioned that I can pay at the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, it's on the third floor of an apartment and guess what.. The elevator doesn't work and I had to carry my trolley all the way up. I neither recommend staying at this place nor any other place that forces to pay in advance.
