"Not as we remembered"

the beds are old and tired, uncomfortable. The kiosk at check in was a new thing, I found it to be impersonal and off putting. I'm not one for the automated attendant, I want to deal with real live person face to face not on a screen. The room was clean. decor a bit tired. They had a full house but just not my cup of tea.

I did not even stay. It was absolutely dirty. Facial hair from recent shaved person all over bathroom. Nasty stench in the room, dealt with. Kiosk not a person. Hard to deal with.

I like the quick check in..i dont like the paper receipt with room and pin number,the email was better. What if u lose that paper.. Otherwise everything else was great

I liked the fact that there was 3 beds in one room which is almost never that way! There was 3 of us and we had our own space. We needed additional coffee and towels and that was attended to promptly. The room was pretty basic, but was clean and just what we needed. I would absolutely stay there again.

The area wasn't welcoming. Had problems getting into my room, had to get a different room code. Refrigerator didn't work, air conditioner didn't work.
