"Bel hôtel en plein cœur de l’hivernage"

Super emplacement, en plein de cœur de l’hivernage, proche des meilleurs restaurants et à 5 min de la médina en taxi. Chambre moderne, literie très confortable, balcon, notre demande préalable de chambre en étage élevé a été respectée (4ème étage) et c’était vraiment très calme, aucune nuisances sonores ! Pour le petit-déjeuner pas de buffet mais choix entre 3 menus, le menu Jadali était excellent et très copieux, mieux qu’un buffet ! La piscine intérieure chauffée du spa au sous-sol est magnifique. Roof top très agréable avec une belle vue sur la koutoubia. Accueil très sympathique du personnel tant à la réception qu’au spa et serveurs au petit-déjeuner.

- Accès au hammam payant, regrettable pour un hôtel 5* -piscine du rooftop très petite, non chauffée et peu de transats

"Buen hotel, pero no es un 5 es estrellas. Como mucho 4 y justito."

La amabilidad de todo el personal. Recepción, personal de limpieza, restaurante... El desayuno no era buffet libre pero era muy completo y variado. Está sobre 1,5 km de la plaza central. A pié con 44 grados es una tortura, pero en taxi (negociando precio) son menos de 5 minutos.

La presión del agua de la ducha era floja, el minibar enfriaba muy poco. La piscina de la azotea, si bien es larga, tiene muy poca profundidad. En el baño no había escobilla, sólo el palo suelto sin nada más. La puerta giratoria de entrada del vestíbulo desde la calle no gira de manera automática, o te la gira alguien de recepción o tienes que empujar tu (y no es pequeña).

L'emplacement, le confort

La chambre etait trop petite On m'a fait payé 2 bouteilles d'eau du mini bar alors qu'on en a consommé qu'une car la femme.de menage avait oublié de npus laisser de l'eau. Faire payer 2 bouteilles d'eau pour un sejour a 1500€, c'est vraiment dommage.
