Location was great for walks..Bedroom was lovely.

Lack of attention to detail…4 lightbulbs not working.1 in bedroom, 3 in living room!!!…..No battery in battery operated candle.No milk jug. Tired looking living room. Not cosy. Needs updating. Water pressure poor in shower.Entrance hall damp.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and heated towel rail on which heated the room.

Signage for property poor. Front door dirty as was entrance. Hall carpet was also dirty, with stains and quite frankly has seen better days. The kitchen had only 1 mug for tea, only 1 glass to use with another pint glass which looked as if from a pub. There were no kitchen cloth, dishwash cloth, or kitchen roll., or kitchen sanitiser. Cutlery was sparse as in two non matching forks and 2 teaspoons. No fish lifter also. The rug in the lounge has seen better days too. The whole room needs a freshen up and someone to take re look at what they are actually offering people to stay here. One light bulb in bedroom missing. The hot water pressure was also low.

Shower is bad, just a trickle; shower hose has sellotape round it. Pressure is nil.

Good location. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated the coffee and shortbread.

Lack of privacy due to kitchen windows having no coverings.
