Staff at breakfast were nice Front desk staff seemed lost I forgot a power bank charging in my room. Called back and they said no one have found it. So they probably have dishonest people working there.

USCustomer service was not there. I was charged twice for my stay and my entire vacation I was trying to get ahold of somebody to refund the double charge. It caused a lot of stress throughout my vacation. I have been home since January 21st and I still havenโt been refunded. Very frustrating. I paid thousands of dollars to stay here, get double charged, and still havenโt been refunded. Front desk staff was not helpful. Only good thing was the bar tender. Very friendly. Also when I arrived my room wasnโt ready and I was told I would get a phone call when it was ready. 2.5 hours later I got up from the lobby and walked to the front desk and asked if my room was ready and they said yes. They watched me sit in the lobby for almost 3 hours until I got up and asked again. Donโt tell me your going to call me if your not going to. Very unhappy with my stay. I will not be staying here again.
