Didn't like anything really

Pros: • Staff: The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—typical of the wonderful Colombian hospitality. • Location: Excellent location! It is just a short and easy walk to the Ventura Plaza Mall, which is very convenient. • The Room: Our room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning works very well and kept the room cool. • Water Temperature: While the shower does not have hot water, it wasn't an issue at all. The water comes out at a very pleasant, lukewarm temperature—neither too cold nor too hot—which is perfect for the local climate. • Value: Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Cons: • Breakfast: This is the main point for improvement. The portions are very small, almost like a child's meal. For an adult, it’s not enough: just one egg tortilla, a tiny arepa, and a single thin slice of orange (it looks like they cut one orange for 6 different plates). We actually had to go out and eat a second breakfast to feel full. • Maintenance: There was a small water drip coming from the AC unit onto the bed. It wasn't a huge deal, but something that should be serviced. Final Verdict: I would definitely stay here again because of the comfort and the location, but I’ll probably plan to have breakfast elsewhere until they improve the portions. Thank you!
