Mitarbeiter/innen sehr höflich.

- Klimaanlage tropft - die Umgebung ist okay, aber man braucht ein Auto, Taxi oder Ähnliches - stilles Wasser ca. 5€ - keine Minibar im Zimmer - hatten an einem Abend nur eiskaltes Wasser zum Duschen - Parkplatz (alle 4 Tage voll berechnet, aber das Auto stand nicht alle 4 Tage die ganze Zeit da)

De 24 uurs keuken in de lobby was een fijne optie, en met gratis water. De douche producten in de badkamer. Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel.

De weinige ventilatie in de kamer, zowel voor frisse lucht als warmte. Er was geen koelkast. De lift op de eerste verdieping was niet op te roepen, wat vervelend was voor een vriendin in een rolstoel. Er was geen waterkoker.

Le petit déjeuner ainsi que la personne qui nous accueille au petit déjeuner et l'accueil le jours d'arriver à l'hôtel

Problème technique au niveau de l'eau chaude. Pas eu d'eau chaude toute la journée avec cette chaleur pas top et le technicien pas disponible avant le lendemain, aucune solution trouvée par le personnel de l'hôtel. Pas de fontaine à eau dans l'hôtel avec cette chaleur cela aurait été bénéfique. Le personnel de nuit débordés surtout lors d'événements comme hier avec le concert. Donc longue attente pour ce faire servir
