Sol Downtown Studio with Juliet Balcony

Grocery store 30 meters away, a big one 5 minutes away, next to downtown, close to the subway, to the main train station, and to buses, room really dark at night and in the morning, thanks to inside shutters, well equipped, small but cozy 🙂

You can hear easily what's going on outside, but the street is not that busy, just few hangers and no chest of drawers, the only drawer available being underneath the bed and full of stuff, no waste sorting possible except by going outside and walk a couple of minutes to find large trash bins.

Lovely little apartment. Just about everything one needs. Convenient. Nicely decorated.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and only one pillow each. I would recommend a bread knife and a proper chopping board.

I loved the location and the style of the apartment.

The bed broke the moment I sat on it, I reported it and none bother to come and fix it during my stay. So I slept on a broken bed for 3 nights. Which wasn't a disaster but the fact that no one saw that as a priority was a bit shocking and disappointing.

Positioning - it's easily reach any part of the city. The studio is located in a quiet house. It is comfortable, clean and with all necessary facilities available for a pleasant stay. Lucas was very helpful, he directed us to the location and waited to give us the keys and all the details about the studio. A couple of hooks in bathroom to hang robes/towels would have been helpful
