Padrísima nuestra estancia 👍

El hotel es bonito, tiene buena ubicación, tiene lugar de estacionamiento, sus jardines preciosos y las habitaciones bonitas y limpias. Les falta seguridad en la entrada y un botones quien te reciba las maletas, la chica de recepcion le falta calidez en su trato. El buffet de la mañana rico y variado. En general si lo recomiendo.

No hay respeto al huésped, no servían los teléfonos interiores y no se nos informó al momento del check in, el día que estuvimos hubo una fiesta en el jardín y duró hasta las 2:00 am , la música y micrófonos altísimos , no pudimos descansar y al presentar la queja en recepción ni siquiera una disculpa por parte del personal . Las habitaciones lucen cansadas , mejor averiguar antes de hospedarte si tendrán evento ; pues tengo la certeza le dan más prioridad a sus eventos de A&B que a sus huéspedes .

La habitación muy comoda, el unico inconveniente no habia señal de internet en la habitación y tuvimos q salir a buscar un lugar para trabajar.

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Great black out blinds. I slept so well. Lovely gardens too.

We were there on a Tuesday so it felt the hotel didn't have full service. No wifi and we had to repeatedly ask for a wine list with dinner.... initially we were told they only had one bottle of red wine available in the hotel. The staff were very helpful though and in the end they found a bottle of white wine and gave us a complementary bottle of sparkling wine.
