"Poor Customer Service"

Awful customer service. I wrote a VERY LENGTHY review on Google, giving them 1/5 stars due to receptionists. All 4 ladies were next to awful. The one who attempted to print my receipt AFTER I contacted Hilton Diamond, she gets a 3/5 stars, but, the other 3 ladies? Don’t expect a greeting or a smile. Just stares. And also, they actually don’t acknowledge your Diamond status or apologize if something is broken (fridge was broken)…another blank stare. This property needs a RE-Hire or Re-training. Do NOT IGNORE other reviews for this property….

Check in was not great. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Our room was nice and quiet, but the ac kept shutting off through the night. The staff at check out and the breakfast was all very nice, though.
