We had to leave early in the morning and did not get to eat breakfast, although I did notice that it was ready, and several hotel guests were eating breakfast when we left. The location of the hotel was really easy to find, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything was great! Room, staff, breakfast, pool... All A+.

No manager on site when the computer system wouldn't let me check out. Booking.com said I didn't need to pay until I got to the property. Well, that screwed up the whole thing and I had to stand at the front desk for almost an hour to get it situated. I couldn't even pay with cash!! The manager just said over the phone "Well, she shouldn't have been able to stay if she didn't have a good card." I split my payment between two and they were both pending, so the payments couldn't be sent through again. Hardly my fault.

"Mornings are Better !"

Started a little rocky for me because I’m a firm believer in customer service. And the customer in front of you important then what’s on the screen. Acknowledge that someone is in front of you is very important. A kind Hello I’ll be right with you in just a second would have been OK. But after the breakfast staff and the room was amazing.
