Liked the fast check-in, checkout. The location is in main city so things are accessible. Hotel & Security were soft spoken and well trained.

The food was below average. We had dinner buffet on NYE at F5 and it was just passable to say the least. There were very less options for Veg plus the way they had non-veg arranged everywhere was off-putting. The labels of food, particularly the dessert counter was all misplaced and was confusing which all had egg, we complained hoping they would fix it but they did not. So, we decided to skip the dessert/cakes section altogether. The breakfast buffet was better on food quality and options but again mismanaged. There was always shortage of cutlery and queue for live counter. Here also, at the end we decided to skip the dishes and headed out for lunch. Coming to the room, it had good amenities but compared to other brands I have stayed with, this was below expectation. Expected more from Hilton.
